1) Fixed the uncommon problem of data transferring to/from Pocket PC console existed on systems with MS AciveSync 3.7 or without ActiveSync at all; 2) German language support added; 3) Fixed the rare bug with non-english symbols in data fields that could make the data file unrecognizable in some system settings; 4) Several unimportant minor changes and bugfixes.
